Placing an Order

               
          To help produce timely and accurate delivery of your orders, we strongly encourage orders to be placed by email or fax . Our fax is open for requests of quotes and orders at any time 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We do accept requests for quotes and orders by telephone, however we will be adhering to the following policy: If phoned-in quotes or orders result in any errors, omissions or ambiguities such as:

• unspecified components or descriptions left to our judgement
• orders placed twice
• mistaken quantities
• mistaken sizes

          INSULITE, INC. will not share in the responsibility for such disputed items.  Please listen carefully when we repeat the details of your phoned-in quotes or orders.  We will, of course, make every effort to produce your quotes and orders accurately, but we can only guarantee the accuracy of faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered hard copy quotes or orders. Also, quotes never include any possible pattern charges, site delivery charges, or sales tax.
