In order to faciliate and expedite any and all warranty issues, it is essential to have proper documentation. Therefore, according to INSULITE, INC.'s LIMITED WARRANTY; applicable only to the original purchaser, we would like to clarify that it is not up to INSULITE, INC. to produce your delivery ticket and/or invoices for warranty purposes. Should the occasion arise, it will be your responsibility to produce the necessary proof of purchase or no refund, no credit, no exchange or warranty will be granted. You will be responsible for any and all payments and charges. When placing an order for a replacement warranty item, you must have your original delivery ticket and/or invoice accompany the order. After receiving the new replacement, you will have 30 days to return the original item to INSULITE, INC. for inspection before any credit will be issued. The same documentation is required for credits given in lieu of replacements. Additionally, our warranty information is explained in more detail in the two documents below.
